All workshops are held in my private office with a small group of 6-8 people. They are informal and open format so you're welcome to ask questions. 

You will receive handouts and be able to take notes too. All classes are currently offered on Sundays only. The duration is 90 minutes. Cost is $30.

We'll cover the fundamentals of supplements, brands, quality and potency and also where to shop to get the best prices. Bring your Multi-vitamin, Calcium, Vitamin D, Fish Oil, Probiotic and/or any other supplements you're taking!
